Our online assessment is a combination of a Personality Questionnaire and a Sales Capacity Questionnaire. Our online assessment is interesting if you simply want to know which competencies and pitfalls are present in your sales team and as a start of a L& D process with a Personal Development Plan.
Duration to complete questionnaires: approx. 20 minutes. Duration personal development interview: approx. 30 minutes. € 185 per participant excl. VAT.

Sales Capacity Questionnaire. Our Sales Capacity Questionnaire is a validated questionnaire, which is used to predict the performance of (future) B2B sellers. The questionnaire can also map the work behavior and effectiveness of your sales team so that every Euro you spend on training is better utilized. The questionnaire is built around five competences and divided into four main tasks of a B2B seller.
