Sales Coaching
Sales coaching is a personalized and ongoing process aimed at improving the performance, skills, and effectiveness of sales professionals. It involves one-on-one interactions between a sales coach and a salesperson, focused on providing guidance, feedback, support, and encouragement to help the salesperson reach their full potential and achieve their sales goals.
Executive Coaching. As a CCO or commercial manager you sometimes have the feeling that you are in a split. You pursue the goals of your organization and you also want to be a people manager who binds and connects. In this coaching process you will gain an in-depth insight into yourself. In a number of intensive sessions you will be able to uncover the underlying beliefs, motives, assumptions and allergies. You set goals and change habitual behavior. Duration: online sessions of 2-3 hours. € 450 per session excl. VAT.
Business Coaching. As a sales professional, you sometimes encounter a series of commercial challenges where a business coach can contribute in providing a solution direction and can assist as your critical companion. A business coach thinks along with you in solving operational, tactical and/ or strategic dilemmas. He/she has a good dose of experience and thorough industry knowledge and knows what you will encounter in your daily practice.
Duration: online- sessions of 1-2 hours. € 185 per hour excl. VAT.
Coaching-on-the-job. In this form of coaching, the coach guides the salesperson on his or her customer visit or listens to (incoming/outgoing) customer service calls. Coaching is done on effectiveness as well as on quality. The advantage of coaching-on-the-job is that it concerns real conversations. Coaching-on-the-job sessions can be expanded with video calls to achieve improvements and to stay focused. Duration: half a day. € 650 per half day excl. VAT.
PIP Coaching. A Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is a formal document stating any recurring performance issues along with goals that an employee needs to achieve. A Sales PIP can be used to achieve specific (in- / output) goals with individual salespeople where coaching and video calling are part of a Sales PIP process. A Sales PIP is meant to give a salesperson concrete ways to turn his or her output around simply by knowing what he or she can do to improve. Duration: sessions of 2-3 hours. € 360 per session excl. VAT.
